I was not aware of his vegetarian lifestyle. His interest in nature and the way it worked was evident in his work. I knew he had designed weapons, but never looked into how extensive that body of his work was. Thanks for an interesting and informative post. Sometimes a love of animals and the natural world can lead to a strong hatred of humans, who do so much to harm animals and nature.
